In a significant stride towards enhancing medical facilities for military personnel and their families, The chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede has commissioned The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
The Commissioning of The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) took place at the 68 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital,Yaba Lagos on the 28 February 2025.
During his remark, General olufemi highlighted that the Nigerian Army’s commitment to providing the best possible medical care and welfare of personnel are his top priority. He emphasized the need of management of the facility to maintain the newly acquired equipment in the Suite.
Addressing Officers and soldiers during the commissioning General Oluyede reaffirmed his dedication to fostering a professional, well equipped and motivated force.
Welcoming The Chief of Army Staff , The Acting commander corps of Medical Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Samson Okoigi gave a welcoming remark,He expressed his profound gratitude to The Chief of Army Staff for his unwavering support and visionary leadership, He acknowledged the commitment of the Chief of Army Staff for his commitment to upgrading the medical facilities of the facility, he thanked the Medical professionals of the to the corps for their support and assured his loyalty and dedication to the corps.
The Acting commander of 68 Nigeria Army Reference hospital Brigadier General BA Adesina gave the the vote of thanks, He appreciated everyone who has contributed to the project, he went on to show gratitude to The chief of Army staff for his dedication and his valuable support to the success of the project.
During the commissioning, The Chief of Army staff was welcomed with a turnout of quarter guard.
