Healthy Living: Consider Side Chics Popular Nigerian Doctor Advises Men
A popular Nigerian doctor, one Dr. Rasheed Adedapo Abassi, has advised Nigerian men to consider side chics in a bid to ensure prostate health and other health benefits. Speaking to Classic FM recently, Dr Adedapo Abass opened up on the purported reasons why men should engage in sexual intercourse 21 times a month, saying it is good for their health.
While analysing this, Dr. Rasheed referenced a well-established physiological concept, stating, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” He revealed that engaging in such sexual activity comes with various health benefits. He said erections, which according to him, are exclusively achieved through sexual activity, are crucial for exercising the prostate gland, leading to a healthier and more robust prostate.
The doctor however reinforced his assertions with research findings, signifying that men should aim for 21 sexual encounters per month to potentially prevent cardiovascular problems and reduce the risk of prostate cancer. In his advice to men, Dr. Rasheed recommended doing whatever it takes to convince their partners to engage in regular intimate activities.
He however suggested a controversial solution, if possible, according to him; men should consider having a “side chic” to help achieve the recommended frequency of sexual encounters. Rasheed further stressed the importance of regular intimate relationships in promoting overall well-being.
This invariably means men should have sex at least five times a week. ( securednaija’s comment)
